A Fire Permit is issued subject to the following conditions:
1. The applicant acknowledges having read and understood By-law No. 2007-209, as amended.
2. Prior to burning the applicant shall confirm burning is permitted each day of burning by calling 905-852-9038.
3. A Fire Permit is issued subject to the following conditions:
Approval is required from the Fire Chief, The Deputy Cheif or designee for every fire set or continuing after one half hour after sunset, except for a recreational fire as defined in By-law No. 2007-209 as amended.
4. The applicant is responsible to comply with applicable legislation.
5. The applicant shall post the fire permit at the location of the telephone nearest the fire for easy access to emergency telephone numbers listed on the permit.
